Return Policy

All Returns or Exchanges must be completed within 30-days of original shipping date. All items must be new, unused, and in the original box and packaging. Please make sure the item(s) you wish to return meet this criteria before proceeding to the return steps below.

RETURN INFORMATION ABOUT SPECIFIC ITEMS Special orders, Team Orders, or Other Special Accommodations are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason. Jocks and Undergarments are Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable for ANY reason.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

STEP 1. Please email: returns@gearforathletes.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. We will NOT accept any returns without an Return Authorization Number. All Packages without an Authorized Return Number clearly posted on the outside of the box will be refused!

STEP 2. Fill out a Return & Exchange Form, please Click Here  to print out the form. The form is in PDF format. If you don't have Adobe Reader installed, Click here  to download Adobe Reader for FREE.

STEP 3. Return the item with its original packaging to teh address provided with your RA Number.

STEP 4. Please write the RA Number clearly on the outside of the box, following the instructions below:

Please do not attach or tape any Shipping Label Directly on a Box. Doing so will result in the exchange being denied. Please do not use the Shoe Box as your shipping box. Doing so will result in the exchange being denied. At Gear For Athletes we do not sell used merchandise and we would not want to give other customers the impression that we do by the sight of used packaging.

EXCHANGES: We understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the first time, therefore, Gear For Athletes will gladly exchange any products purchased from our site. Please contact us for return/exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both directions!

REFUNDS: Refund returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping. The original cost of shipping will be charged back to the customer regardless of whether the original shipping was free. (i.e. customer orders a bat for $199 with free shipping...the customer will receive a refund of $199 minus the 15%, minus cost of original shipping). We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement.

EXPRESS EXCHANGE: Express service is available for a $5 fee. If upon receipt of products the customer desires a new item sent out immediately then the express service is for you. We can charge your credit card for the new item plus shipping (there is no Free Shipping on exchanges) and the $5 fee; then, when the original item is received, we will refund you the full price of the original item. There are several costs to us for doing this...thus the $5 fee.

CLEARANCE/CLOSEOUT ITEMS: Clearance or Closeout items can NOT be returned or exchanged, and all sales are FINAL. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

All products sold by Gear For Athletes are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory warranties. Please check all items upon receipt, if the items seemed damaged or used please report this to us immediately. NO returns will be accepted of used items! All tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with returned items.
