We offer FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $149.00 in the Continental US (this does not include the handling charge of $4.99). Unfortunately, due to the size and cost of shipping some oversized equipment...these are not included in this free shipping offer.

We offer SAME DAY SHIPPING on all orders that are ordered before 2:00 PM PST, that are in-stock and have no personalization requirements. All personalized bags will take an additional 2 business days to process and ship. 

CHOOSING A SHIPPING METHOD: Delivery times are calculated in business days, weekends, holidays and the day of shipment does NOT count towards the delivery time. (i.e. if we ship on Friday a 2nd day air package, the arrival date will be the following Tuesday.)

BILLING DISCREPANCIES: Please be advised that Orders with Different Bill to and Ship to Addresses, Card Holder Name Different than Name on Order, or other issues may be subject to delays due to our strict verification process. You may receive a call to confirm information before order is shipped.

HANDLING CHARGE: We charge a minimum handling charge on all orders of $4.99, even on FREE Shipping orders.
