Thank You for looking closer at our GFA Uniform Order Help Page.   Below you will find examples for input as well as Design Style and Font choices to help you complete your uniform order.  At any time during this process please feel free to contact a member of our Design Team (during Customer Service Hours) at 1-800-356-8225 or via email at teamsales@gearforathletes.com to help guide you through this process or answer any questions you may have along the way.

Pant Color: This would be your choice of Pant Color.  You can UPGRADE here on some Uniforms to Pinstripes and/or Piping.  (ALL piping colors will match your main jersey color selected.)

Jersey Color: This would be your choice of Jersey Color.  Jersey Trim Colors will match your Tackle-Twill / Screen Print Foreground Color Selected.

Foreground Tackle-Twill / Screen Print Color: This would be your Main Tackle-Twill / Screen Print Color selected if ordering a 1-Color Tackle-Twill / Screen Print Uniform.

Background Tackle-Twill / Screen Print Color: This would be your UPGRADED secondary color selected for a 2-Color Tackle-Twill / Screen Print and would be the accept Color.


Player Name Option: This would be your UPGRADED option to ADD a Player name to the back of your Jersey, either in a 1-Color or a 2-Color.  Note: Most teams that upgrade to player names usually only do a 1-Color option.  This UPGRADE is only available in Screen Printing, if Tackle-Twill is wanted you must email ofr a custom uniform order.

Front Number Option: This would be your UPGRADE to ADD a Player Number on the Front of the Jersey to the Left Side (as shown) in either a 1-Color or 2-Color Tackle-Twill. Note: If a Background Tackle-Twill Color is selected above the entire Uniform MUST be a 2-Color selection and select ALL 2-Color Options.

Hat Style: We offer several Hat Styles and Options to choose from:  Standard Uniform is with a Mesh Flexfit Hat.  Your Team can UPGRADE to Wool, Fitted or Custom and any variety of those three options.  Note: The Custom OPTION is a 2-Color Cap & Bill which Colors MUST be specified below.

Hat Color: Choices for Solid Hat Color Option, OR custom Hat Color Main Color, choose Bill color below.  Note: You can ONLY select the custom colro combinations below for the custom hat choices.

Hat Custom Bill Color: If you choose Custom Hat Style this is where you would pick the secondary hat color that would be on your Hat Bill.  Note: You would have picked your main Hat color above.



Hat Main Color for Embroidery: Main Color for Hat Letter Embroidery.  ALL Embroidery will be raised letters.

Hat Trim Color for Embroidery: A second Trim Color choice for the Hat embroidery if selected to outline the Main Color choice on your Hat Letter.

Hat Embroidered Letter:  Just Type in the Team Letter you want on your Hat (up to two letters max), we will make it the same Font as the Style you selected above.

Hat Custom Logo: If your Team desires your custom logo used on your Hat, then you would select this email option and email to: teamsales@gearforathletes.com .  All logos MUST be in 300 dpi resolution and color.  Added manufacturing time is required for Custom Logo Layout.

Belt Color: Select Belt Color for uniform.

Socks Color: Select Sock Color as well as a (2) Sock Option UPGRADE if needed.

Design Layout: See the chart below for samples of our approved Design Style Layout Options for your Team. Note: On the Full Button Team Jersey their will need to be a break in your Team Name across the buttons.

Design Font Style: See the chart below for sample of our approved Design Font Style Options for your Team.  Note: The Same Font will be used on the entire Uniform.



Team Name: Please TYPE in your Team Name as you would like it to appear on your Uniform.  Please double check for spelling and type in either Upper/Lower case or ALL CAPS depending on how you want your name to appear on your Jersey.

Deduct Option:  If you like a Tackle-Twill uniform and would prefer to save some money and deduct to Screen Printing, then select this option and SAVE some money.

Player Input Field: Use one line per player uniform ordering.  After each player input, return to add next line and player information. (Ex. Pedroia, 15, AXL, ALG, SM/MED) Note: AXL=Adult XLarge, YXL=Youth XLarge, etc. Please make sure you specify as too Adult or Youth sizing in Player Information fields.)

(2) FREE Coaches Shirts Sizes:  Please input (2) Coaches Shirt Sizes for your FREE Coaches Shirts.  These will be Shirts with your Team Name on them.  Note: Must be a GFA Club Team Member to qualify for these shirts.
