Fit Guarantee

We want your shoes to fit like they were made for you. Adidas generally recommends adding a 1/2 size to your normal gym shoe size, while Under Armour usually runs "True to Size".  Do not use your current shoe to size a new pair. A majority of sizing errors are because customers order based on their current shoe. We find this works for almost all of our customers that listen to our recommendations. We offer one free exchange for sizing. Please take them to the United Parcel Service and make sure you include your return Form filled out correctly. Be sure to tell us what size you would like. Also, be sure to pay for tracking, delivery confirmation and appropriate insurance. We will refund the cost of shipping when we receive your order back. We will need to obtain your credit card information to process the credit for the shipping charges. We will refund up to $10 in shipping costs for USPS Priority Shipping. In order to qualify for the free shipping back and forth, you must be "exchanging" a pair of shoes. You can not be returning a pair of shoes for a refund or store credit. The shoe sizing guarantee does not cover ordering errors.

Steps for Exchange:

1. Place Shoes in original box with ALL the original paperwork, then pack into another box for shipping. (DO NOT send original shoe box as shippong box, as we must sell shoes in their original box once returned);
2. Fill out Return Form,please Click Here to print out the form, make sure to include your credit card information to credit shipping charges back as we do not keep your credit card information;
3. Ship UPS and pay for tracking, delivery confirmation and appropriate insurance to protect us both;
4. Email returns@gearforathletes.com with the Order #, UPS tracking # and return size requesting for exchange;
5. Once we receive your email we will pull your exchange shoe and await your return, once we have the return we will credit your credit card for the $7.95 shipping guarantee policy and ship out the new exchange shoes.
   

All Sales Are FINAL On Closeout Priced Items. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective as determined by the manufacturer.
